Now, we’re looking for an AI Business Consultant to join our AI Specialists team!
What you will do
We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.
As an AI Business Consultant, you’ll be the strategic advisor guiding businesses through their AI transformation journey. You’ll combine your knowledge of AI applications with a deep understanding of business processes to help clients integrate AI into their operations and achieve measurable success.
At CM.com, your role goes far beyond simply delivering hours for clients. You’ll have full ownership over your portfolio of customers, giving you the freedom to shape how you approach projects and collaborate with clients. You’re in control of your career path within this dynamic field, with the autonomy to decide how you drive impact. It’s like working at an AI startup, but with the stability and resources of CM.com as your safety net. What sets this role apart is the opportunity to work with our in-house developed AI products, making you a true specialist. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure our solutions remain future-proof and perfectly aligned with customer needs. This unique setup empowers you to not only deliver results but also actively shape the evolution of our AI offerings.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor: You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and goals, translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies that drive business transformation.
Guide AI-driven transitions: Help businesses integrate our flagship AI products, including Inspire (AI-powered personalization engine) and Halo (Agentic AI platform), into their operations. You’ll ensure these solutions align with their objectives and deliver tangible results.
Build strong relationships: Foster trust and collaboration with clients, positioning yourself as their go-to expert for navigating the AI landscape.
Drive measurable impact: Focus on delivering results, helping clients optimize processes, automate workflows, and elevate customer engagement through AI.
Shape the future of AI consulting at CM.com: Your insights and contributions will help define how we approach AI business consulting, ensuring we remain leaders in the field.
Adapt and evolve: AI is advancing rapidly, and you’ll need to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to ensure our solutions meet clients’ ever-changing needs.
Your success will be measured by the business impact you create—helping clients transform their operations and customer experiences with cutting-edge AI solutions.
That’s why you ideally have
A Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying AI concepts in practical situations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
Strong consulting skills - you know how to communicate effectively and build trust with demanding clients.
Data skills: experience with SQL, query capabilities, and interpreting results through dashboarding
Data Science knowledge: understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Consumer AI and Agentic AI
Fluency in English and Dutch
